waking up into realityThrough the window I saw her face. Dark shadows lay under her curious eyes as they stared back into mine. Her hair was a tangled mess of spiraled curls. Her skin was golden, sun kissed, but it did not glow… Her entire persona was dull and lifeless as she stared expressionless back at me. She was familiar… yet alien.waking up into reality
I felt my fingertips press against the cold glass and watched her eyes widen as our fingertips met in the same place on the window. I glared into her dull brown eyes as she scowled back at me. My hand dropped to my side as did hers. I turned away to escape the inevitable reality I felt fluttering
I could forget...sometimes the caffeine tastes like drink, all down my throat, a mad sensationI could forget...
